The Process
Aseptic Packing
Our fruit pulps and concentrates are processed from fruits which are selected and graded under strict quality control by our technical expertise to ensure our customers get only the best. Our fruit pulps are hot packed in cans or aseptically packed in bags kept in Mild Steel drums.
We have always aimed at high quality in production. With the objective we offer processed fruits either hotpacked in OTS cans or aseptically packed as per international requirements.
Our aseptic packing of fruit pulp is done on imported machinery. The principal of good manufacturing practices that we adhere to is evident in this process. The entire plant is designed, planned constructed and equipped as per international standards. The plant is located in heart of India’s fruit growing belt.
This is carried out using superior quality of OTS cans. Our products are available in various packing sizes of 3.1 Kg, 850gms and 450 gms. We also hold distinct advantage of canning our wide range of products in the vicinity of fruit growing areas. The quality of fruits and cans are rigorously tested prior to use in filling lines to ensure product shelf life and aesthetic appeal for display.
